Rental Suite is a field equipment rental management system, which provides the user with a friendly software environment to manage all rental assets. This system incorporates full rental equipment management, along with maintenance tracking and scheduling. Not only does the system provide a cutting edge equipment management system, but also an advanced Work Order entry and tracking system. The Work Order system is easy to use and is highly configurable by the client. The Work Order entry is seamlessly integrated into Rental Suite’s Invoicing system, ensuring data integrity an elimination of billing errors. An integrated Purchase Order module provides additional reports and summaries on the equipment repair costs.  The Rental Suite provides advanced reporting features, which allows every report in the system to be emailed or saved to a “pdf” file format.
