Advanced Measurements Launches Third Generation Fuel Cell Test Suite

Calgary - February 26, 2003 - Advanced Measurements (AMI) a leading supplier of Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) Test Stands, today announced that it has launched its third generation Fuel Cell Test Suite software. AMI is unveiling the industry leading third generation software at the Fuel Cell Symposium in Calgary February 26-28, 2003.

Based on over 15 years of test station design experience and contributions from customers such as Global Thermoelectric Inc., a leading SOFC developer, the newest AMI Fuel Cell Test Suite software offers the most advanced fuel cell testing architecture in the industry. The software provides users with an intuitive, secure, and reliable means to control fuel cell test stands and run automated, repeatable tests on single cell and/or fuel cell stacks. It also provides users with the benefit of being able to collect the optimal amount of quality data, with the assurance that operating conditions are the same as previous comparison tests. Possible testing options are reduction tests, power curve tests, fuel utilizations tests, load profiling tests and impedance spectroscopy tests to mention a few.
