Prophet employs a proprietary platform for detecting and recording downhole conditions as well as periods of wellsite activity and inactivity, delivering streamlined information to multiple parties, and automating the control of wellsite systems and components.
2. What are the main advantages of using the Prophet system?
Primary benefits Prophet users can expect include improved job quality, facilitated operations and record-keeping, greater operational predictability (i.e., fewer “surprises” on the job), increased safety and cost-effectiveness.
3. Can any rig be equipped with Prophet technology?
Definitely. New rigs can have the Prophet system incorporated during their manufacture, and existing rigs can easily be refit at any time.
4. Is AMI the only company that offers Prophet systems?
Yes, Prophet is a proprietary technology of AMI.
5. Can I purchase Prophet products individually, or do I have to buy a complete system?
The Prophet products are part of a comprehensive system, however they are separate, stand-alone components which may be purchased individually. We do, however, recommend the complete Prophet system for optimum results.
6. Can I get information for companies already using the Prophet system so that I may contact them for a testimonial?
