Problem

Tesma International Inc. designs and manufactures technologically advanced components and systems for the world's automotive sector. With increasing customer exposure Tesma needed to realize advanced testing capabilities in a very short time frame in order to provide customers with the necessary test data. This requirement for superior testing capabilities coupled with short delivery time frames and cost conscious budgets challenged the principles of Time, Quality and Cost. Testing requirements included components ranging from Oil Pumps, Water Pumps and Transmission Pumps to entire Drive Train and Coolant Circuit Systems.
