Drill Parameter Recorder
Advanced Measurements Drill Parameter Recorder (DPR) is a ruggedized field system for data logging, monitoring, communicating and displaying real time drilling parameters on drilling rigs. Our instrumentation package has a high degree of flexibility, accepts input from a variety of different sensors, provides custom displays, and copes with variable rig, communication, and client hardware.
Originally the DPR was custom developed in 1999 to suit large diameter exploration requirements. The current Gen3 DPRs work with a variety of drilling programs, such as large diameter exploration, core drilling, and mining.
DPR systems offer:
- a real time operating system
- data logging without a PC
- redundant data storage options, IEEE 802.11b (Wi-Fi),
- satellite upload option (real-time data from remote location)
